All of our products have undergone meticulous inspections prior to packaging and shipment to ensure the highest grade of quality.

Your item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for free, provided they are unused and in their original condition. If you wish to exchange your item, we can offer an exchange in different sizes for the same item only.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, unless the item/s received are faulty or not as ordered. If a full-priced item has a promotional code applied to it, it can still be returned for a refund unless specified under the terms of the promotion. In the absence of any fault or error, items that are purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned.

Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect.

Returns will be accepted subject to the following conditions:

• Items are returned within 7 days of receipt.
• Items are in original condition, with all tags intact. Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
